At DarrenRoss Hair Design all of our hair stylists are handpicked to
ensure that they not only have excellent hairdressing skills,
which are continually updated to incorporate the latest
techniques, but also that they have the right attitude and outlook
to deliver the best service to our clients. They will always be
polite and courteous and have technical cutting and colouring
abilities which are second to none.
Our salon hierarchy is structured as follows: >Stylist >Premier Stylist >Elite Stylist
The level of stylist reflects their experience and ability. In order to progress up the salon hierarchy the stylist must complete a strigent assessment procedure, which involves delivering cutting and colouring demonstrations and presentations to a prescribed salon standard. All of our stylists are highly trained, extremely talented and confident in their work regardless of their grade and no matter if you decide to use a Stylist or an Elite Stylist, you are guaranteed an exceptional service.
Training is a core function within our salon and all of our team receives regular training and input to ensure that their skills and ideas remain up to date.
